Email is the fastest way to reach us. Please include:
- your phone model and Android version;
- the game version (Android Settings → Apps → Mithai Mela);
- the level number, what you did and what happened;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
Use the same address for complaints or privacy requests. Put “Complaint” or “Privacy” in the subject line so we can prioritise it.
Beta testing
Mithai Mela is in a closed test on Google Play. To join, open the tester link on your Android phone while signed in to the Google account you use for Play, accept the invitation, then install the game from Google Play.
To leave the test, open the same link and choose to leave the program. Uninstalling the beta erases your progress (see below). Feedback is welcome by email or through the Play Store's private feedback for testers.
Common questions
My progress disappeared. Can you restore it?
Progress, coins and boosters are saved only on your phone. There is no account and no cloud save, so we have no copy to restore. Uninstalling the game, clearing its storage or switching phones starts a new game.
How do lives work?
You have up to five lives. Losing a level, or quitting a level part-way, uses one. Lives refill one every 30 minutes, even while the game is closed.
I bought coins but didn't receive them.
Purchases are handled by Google Play. Make sure you're online, then close and reopen the game so it can finish the purchase. If the coins still don't appear, email us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) from your Play purchase receipt.
Refunds follow Google Play's refund process.
The reward video button says “Video loading…”.
Reward videos need an internet connection. The button becomes active once a video is ready. The reward is given only after the video finishes; if none is available, try again later.
When do ads appear?
A banner shows at the bottom of menu screens, never over the board. An occasional full-screen ad may appear after you win a level, never after a loss. Reward videos only play when you tap to watch one.
How do I turn reminders on or off?
Reminders are off until you switch them on in the game's Settings. You can turn them off there at any time, or in Android Settings → Apps → Mithai Mela → Notifications.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings in the game and choose English, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu. The Hindi, Tamil and Telugu translations are still being reviewed. If something reads wrongly, please email us with a screenshot.
Are tournament rivals real players?
No. The Saas vs Bahu tournament uses nine computer-controlled rivals whose scores are simulated on your phone. There is no online multiplayer.
Is Mithai Mela on iPhone?
Not at the moment. The game is for Android 7.1 or later.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the game, or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Mithai Mela → Storage. That removes everything the game saved on your phone. We don't keep an account or game profile for you. The privacy policy explains what advertising partners receive and how to reset your advertising ID.
